Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Presentation Specialist to create, amend and proof high-quality presentations and associated course materials for internal and external use. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate visually with clarity and impact.
You will work closely with the Client Services team and internal / external faculty to ensure all materials and presentations used within training events are accurate, engaging, on-brand and professionally polished.
Key Responsibilities
- Format professional PowerPoint presentations to achieve a client-ready deck
- Amend and update existing presentations based on feedback and changing business needs
- Proofread presentations for:
– Grammar, spelling and punctuation
– Consistency in formatting, branding and tone
– Accuracy of data and content - Ensure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards
- Improve layout, flow, storytelling and visual clarity of slides, in conjunction with internal / external faculty
- Maintain reusable slide templates and presentation assets in conjunction with the Marketing team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Support the design and consistency of associated course materials, e.g. case study documents, handouts and participant packs.
- Collaborate with internal Heads of team to understand objectives and translate content into compelling visuals
- Prepare presentations for executive-level meetings, client pitches, training, and events
- Transfer presentations into alternative templates e.g. Client own
- Oversee the outsourcing of presentations during high-volume periods, ensuring the high-standards, brand adherence and deadlines are met.
- Provide presentation feedback to faculty, with guidance on layouts, design and visual considerations.
About You
Experience
- Proven experience creating and editing professional PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, colour use)
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging visuals
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate communications, marketing, design or a similar role
- Knowledge of branding principles
- Experience working with client-facing teams
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
