ZISHI appoints Graham Brown-Martin as Director of AI & Digital Innovation

London, 01 October 2025 – Underlining ZISHI Group’s position at the forefront of digital learning, the appointment of Graham Brown-Martin as Director of AI & Digital Innovation reinforces the company’s leadership in harnessing technology and data to reshape professional training in financial services. 

Graham Brown-Martin is one of the UK’s most distinctive voices on the future of education, technology and work. For more than 25 years he has combined entrepreneurial flair with policy influence and global impact. Bringing this experience into ZISHI marks an important step as the Group strengthens its position in digital innovation for financial services. 

Graham has led global initiatives that have connected over 250,000 leaders across multiple sectors, scaled digital learning platforms to reach over 5 million learners worldwide and advised corporates and institutions — including LEGO Group, Prudential, KPMG and Porticus — on applying technology and data to deliver measurable impact. He is also the author of Learning {Re}imagined, which has shaped international debate on technology and learning, and has contributed to initiatives with the UN Global STEM Alliance and the House of Lords Select Committee on AI. 

At ZISHI, Graham will lead the Group’s digital and AI strategy, focusing on advanced technologies, data and scalable digital solutions to create products and services with measurable impact. His remit spans the full ZISHI portfolio, from regulatory and technical training to university partnerships, early careers programmes and corporate training, while driving innovation into major client projects and academic collaborations across the financial services sector.
