15 Dec 2025 – ZISHI ends 2025 as an organisation moving with purpose, supported by a growing community of clients, stronger outcomes across our learning pathways and a continued commitment to shaping capability for a fast-evolving financial services landscape.
This year has underscored our relevance to institutions, universities and early-career entrants seeking clarity, confidence and practical skill in an environment marked by regulatory change and accelerating innovation.
Our early careers and internship programmes continued to build momentum, drawing diverse talent and giving participants a direct, high-quality understanding of how global financial institutions operate. Designed and delivered by industry practitioners and supported by our specialist Learning Experience and Programme Management teams, these immersive pathways develop technical competence and ambition at a critical point for those preparing to enter the sector.
We further strengthened our presence across the sector during 2025, delivering programmes and advisory support to a broad network of tier one institutions in market infrastructure, investment management, banking and fintech. Long-standing relationships with organisations such as ICE, The Investment Association and CISI underpinned this work, reflecting the trust placed in our capability and consistency. Our university partnerships also advanced, with Level 5 and Level 7 programmes equipping undergraduates with the applied skills needed for a successful start in the industry.
Our performance in the Chartered Wealth Manager qualification remained a defining marker of our approach to professional development. Summer 2025 results once again exceeded CISI averages across all three units, with our candidates achieving higher pass rates, more merits and more distinctions than other providers. This cohort success sits within a record that remains unmatched: thirteen consecutive years of above-average outcomes, built on focused teaching, disciplined exam preparation and sustained personal support. Few institutions can demonstrate this level of consistency, and it reinforces the trust firms place in us when preparing staff for one of the industry’s most demanding qualifications.
Innovation added further energy to the year. The launch of Financial Currents with ZISHI created a new platform for informed commentary and debate on the forces reshaping global markets and professional practice. Dedicated AI governance and digital transformation webinars provided senior leaders with timely insight, while the appointment of Graham Brown-Martin as Director of AI & Digital Innovation signalled our commitment to advancing learning design and capability-building in an increasingly technology-driven sector.
Reflecting on the year, Danny Langley, CEO, said:
“This has been a year defined by progress. Our work spans the entire talent lifecycle, and the trust shown by clients and learners is central to our growth. We remain focused on equipping people and organisations to succeed in an environment that continues to evolve at pace.”
Daniel Green, Chief Commercial Officer, added:
“The breadth and calibre of the organisations we work with remain core to our momentum. From major market infrastructure providers to leading trade bodies, global institutions and ambitious fintechs, our partnerships demonstrate the trust placed in our capability. As we move into 2026, we look forward to deepening these relationships and welcoming new partners who share our ambition to raise capability across the financial ecosystem.”
Through 2026 and beyond, ZISHI remains focused on continued growth, deeper collaboration and further expansion of our learning and innovation capabilities. The year ahead will see renewed investment in practitioner-led education, digital transformation and strategic partnerships that strengthen the financial ecosystem. We welcome conversations with organisations looking to enhance talent, build capability or explore how our solutions can support their strategic goals. Those interested in discussing how we can support their organisation or joining our approved partner network are invited to contact Daniel Green, Chief Commercial Officer, to explore opportunities for collaboration.
